Items (in stock) are made to order.
I accept Pay Pal as payment, and from my French customers I will accept cheques posted to my address.
Shipping via regular mail or letter followed by a tracking number.
The processing time of a product is 1 to 3 weeks (except wedding dress contacted me for the time).
Withdrawal in store
Customs taxes may incur at the time of delivery, depending on your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.
The shop practice money back case by case for all items made to measure (seen live with the client).
* As for tailoring, customizing each own creation, there can be no question of withdrawal. (Article L. 121-20-2).

For items not made to measure, returns and exchanges must be made by registered mail within 14 days (parcel tracking number as proof) of the receipt of your order and, after informing me writing.
The personal care products (lingerie) can not be returned or exchanged.
Incomplete, damaged, worn, washed or soiled will not be exchanged or returned.
The drawings, tshirts and certain dresses are made by transfer. They are resistant to washing at 30 ° inside, but do not support the dryer and above all the iron in the drawing. It is advisable to avoid too frequent rubbing will damage faster transfer. Pumpkin jelly can not be held responsible for the failure to follow the maintenance instructions for these items.
The remboursemment or exchange of an item will be in a time of 14 days after receipt and acceptance of the article. An item that is not returned within 14 legal days will not be refunded.
The return costs are borne by the customer.
For exchanges, the store can ask to add, to the return, postage prepaid and made payable to the customer's address.
